Our Approach

The most commonsense approach to investing is Fundamental Analysis.  Furthermore, our overall Macro Economic perspective of both the national and global economy work to give you an idea of the likelihood of success different sectors of these economies may have.

There are currently a number of important national and global economic trends that have helped the Domani Capital Group capitalize on investments.

The biggest global trend affecting the global economy, right now, is the emergence of China and India as manufacturing and general economic powers. Each of these countries have populations greater than 1 billion, while that of the United States is about 300 million. We have been investing in both commodities, their domestic infrastructure companies and in green technologies to rapidly expand their progress. We have battery technology and coal commodities that sell for 200% more than the United States buyers.

As Indian and Chinese populations become more and more wealthy their demand for goods and services have expanded exponentially over the last 5 years.  In addition, their increase in productivity and improvement in education will affect the efficiency of the global distribution of labor.  Suffice it to say that this trend has huge ramifications for the global economy and provides a framework for finding good investments.

One of the most important national trends is the housing crisis. Over the last 3 years, there have been more foreclosures in America than any other time in history. We have positioned ourselves to purchase these foreclosed assets directly from the banks, eliminating the courthouse proceedings. Many of these assets have been in the banks systems for over 12 months becoming a liability and all but eliminating their lending capabilities. We have leveraged this situation to the investors’ advantage and have created a realtor liquidation process to then take those assets and sell them for well below market value, thus creating return on investment for our clients.

Thus, the Macro Economic Perspective solves the problem posed by a purely fundamental approach.  It helps to narrow your search by focusing on the sectors likely to benefit from the big trends and away from those likely to be hurt.  It helps make your search for great opportunities easier amongst a sea of broken promises and pitiful stock picks.
