Domani’s principals do not believe that opportunistic investments are found by following the latest trends in investing, but rather by solid due diligence and attention to detail. Furthermore, we do not invest in opportunities that our principals are not personally invested in as well. We put our own skin in the game, and that says a lot about who we are.
We currently are heavily invested in the residential housing market. Never in our lifetime has there been a better time to capitalize on residential properties through leveraging the banks’ liability by owning so many non-performing assets.
Through our direct relationships with top U.S. and international banks, we have been able to acquisition bulk parcels of residential properties for far less than the current assessed market value. We then use our relationships with realtors to move these properties and provide unprecedented returns for our investors.
In the Chinese language tradition, it is said that crisis = danger + opportunity. While we are not a proponent of dangerous investments, we have proven that through this housing bubble there is more opportunity than ever seen.
This, alongside many other opportunities, is a current strategy for providing wealth for our investors, including a plethora of international growth investments.
